He is a results-oriented and a hands-on leader with a professional background in international business development, human resources/executive search, marketing, program management and client relationship management. His skills have been applied successfully to a number of professional fields including law, finance, energy & environment, information technology and security. Born in Neuilly s/s, France, his bilingual ability (French /English) and extensive exposure to international cultures ensures satisfaction and superior end results for his clients around the globe.  Richard received his Master's Degree from The American University, Washington, DC and his Bachelor's Degree in International Studies from Washington College, Maryland. He has studied in Paris, Brussels and in French-speaking Africa.
